Dedicate a Light to Someone Special
Our Lights of Love lights in the trees outside our Hospice are a wonderful way to honour and remember our patients and their families at this special time of year.
You can also honour and remember a loved one this winter by dedicating a light in our Lights of Love appeal. It’s really simple to dedicate a light on our online Lights of Love Christmas Tree and it’s a lovely way for people to make dedications to loved ones and keep their memory alive. You can leave your own special message and add a picture if you wish.
By dedicating a light, you are also helping us to continue to provide exceptional compassionate care for over 2,000 patients each year and support their loved ones, when they need us the most. Thank you

Lights of Love Remember Evenings
Our Remembering Evenings are open to anyone that would like to come along and remember loved ones. There’s no need to book, please just come along.
Refreshments from 6pm. Service starts at 7pm
- Wednesday 4th December – Gild Hall, Formby
- Thursday 5th December – Holy Trinity Church, Southport
- Monday 9th December – Civic Hall, Ormskirk

International Women’s Day Celebration
On Friday 7th March 2025, The Grand in Southport will be the setting for a glamorous afternoon dedicated to celebrating true equality for all. This fully inclusive event is not just a celebration, but also a meaningful initiative, as all proceeds from the day will be donated to Queenscourt Hospice.
