Terence Burgess Education Centre at Queenscourt
The Terence Burgess Education Centre is named after Mr Terence Burgess, Surgeon at Southport and Ormskirk District General Hospital.
Mr Burgess was instrumental in establishing the Education Centre with the founder of Queenscourt Hospice, Dr Karen Groves and was the first Chairman of the Queenscourt Board of Trustees
We opened in 2001, and now offer a wide range of interactive courses to enable those in caring roles to be informed and confident as they confront challenging situations and put theory into practice.
