Clinical Lead Nurse (Ward Manager, Inpatient Unit)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Senior Nurse team at Queenscourt Hospice. The successful candidate will join a proactive team of experienced senior nurses, working across our integrated, flexible, and dynamic service. This role will be based in the Inpatient Unit.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and management skills to oversee the delivery of an excellent supportive and specialist palliative care service whilst leading on the quality and governance aspects of the role, demonstrable to CQC.
The successful candidate will be an RGN, with at least 5 years post registration. You will be educated to degree level as a minimum and working towards (or willing undertake) MSc level 7 study with demonstrable advanced communication skills.
