Clinical Lead Nurse (Outpatients)
We are recruiting a band 7 Clinical Lead Nurse who will predominantly work with an oversight of the outpatient department. The successful candidate will be part of a team who will plan, develop and co-ordinate family support services, which includes bereavement support, and will work alongside a compassionate communities project lead in developing and progressing Queenscourt Strategy.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Senior Nurse team at Queenscourt Hospice. The successful candidates will join a proactive team of experienced senior nurses, working across our integrated, flexible, and dynamic service.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and management skills to oversee the delivery of an excellent supportive and specialist palliative care service whilst leading on the quality and governance aspects of the role, demonstrable to CQC.
The successful candidate will be an RGN, with at least 5 years post registration. You will be educated to degree level as a minimum with evidence of (or willingness to work towards) level 7 study. You will require demonstrable advanced communication skills.
